Full-time entry-level Business Systems Specialists I (Reporting and Analysis) enjoy the following:

• Starting wage of $20.15 an hour, negotiable depending on experience
• Monday through Friday work week
• In-Office hours of 8-5 every day

As a growing company, this position offers room for growth and a hand in companywide creations. Reporting & Analysis Specialists partner with other Buying Resources team members as well as collaborate with the Information Systems Department to assist on aligning technology, data, and applications to enable the success of Hobby Lobby's internal customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Buying Team liaison with the Information Systems Department and outside vendors for system related issues.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to different teams across the company.
• Extract, process, and display data from a variety of sources.
• Test and validate data being used in reporting.
• Research, analyze, adapt, and troubleshoot software to enhance internal systems in a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document findings, workflows, and ideas.

Requirements

Skills 

• Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:
  • Microsoft Excel abilities matching the description found at the Excel Website
  • Microsoft Word experience mirroring the description at the Word Website 
  • Microsoft Outlook skillset in keeping with the description found here Outlook Website
• Problem solver
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to multitask and pivot between projects as needed.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Experience in working with SQL

It's a Plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI

Education & Experience

• Combination of 2 + years' work experience or education in related field
