Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards. 

• Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawings according to established standards.   
• Works closely with design team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and builds models for client/project team review.

• Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
• Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research.
• Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of architecture work experience.
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively; in presentations and writing  
• Proficiency in Revit required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Sketch-UP, Rhino preferred. 
• Candidates should be knowledgeable and committed to Sustainable Design solutions.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Putonghua preferred.
