  RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide medical planning expertise to other team members and the firm-wide healthcare practice. Communicate with clients/user groups to understand project requirements.  Provides technical knowledge in the design and planning of various-sized medical and healthcare facilities. Develops architectural drawings to communicate planning concepts for project documentation and construction. Communicates planning concepts to project teams, both verbally and through graphic and written reports. Assists in the development, modification and/or review of medical planning concepts and solutions. Assists in establishing overall project milestone schedules in coordination with project managers, architect and project engineers. Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.     QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/PRC Equivalent) required. 4 years' prior experience focused on healthcare projects. Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required. Fluent in both spoken and written English required.  Proficiency in Revit required. US project experience preferred. LEED accreditation preferred, otherwise LEED AP or GA required within 12 months of employment.      #LI-OW1
