Description
Provides safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with the hospital#s mission, policies, and procedures. Delivers patient-centered care across the lifespan, including pediatric through geriatric populations. Key responsibilities include facilitating patients# safe, efficient, and timely progression through hospitalization; fostering positive communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; and maintaining and advancing clinical competencies.
