Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate#s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. # To effectively supervise the day-to-day activities of the Security Department and its personnel in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Medical Center and all applicable regulatory agencies.# To ensure#that all Medical Center safety and security policies and procedures are enforced on the Medical Center campus. REQUIREMENTS:# Associate#s Degree in Criminal Justice, Management, or other related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Valid current Massachusetts driver#s license; ability to pass a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles review with no previous record of traffic violations; current firearms identification card; ability to pass psychological profile assessment; Two years of supervisory experience; previous security/public safety experience
