Description
The Copack CSR is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. This role involves communicating with customers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues, track orders, and provide prompt, courteous, effective and excellent service. The representative will manage data entry, inquiries, shipping documentation, process orders/returns, and ensure compliance with company policies. This position requires positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * 3 years verifiable customer service experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Outstanding computer and data entry skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: * Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors. * Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail. * Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management. * Daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal team members and management. * Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes. * Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary. * Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining documentation. * Multitasking Ability: Handle multiple customer interactions and shipping-related tasks efficiently. * Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. * Other duties as assigned.
