Position Overview: The Project Director will partner cross functionally with various teams to conduct long-range planning for the organization’s facilities and services, implementing solutions and projects as approved for assigned clients or sites. This person will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Location: Remote Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 8AM-5PM, other hours based on business needs Travel Specifics (i.e. % and frequency): According to business needs Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary $150,000- $185,000 plus bonus opportunity. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education. Key Responsibilities: * Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff to assist with projects. * Oversees the daily workflow related to projects and their development. * Serves as a liaison with executives, departments heads, and board members, to ensure that organizational goals are met. * Drafts schedules for implementation of long-range plans and proposals. * Monitors project progress, drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders. * Maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and best practices. * Travel required as needed * Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: * Must have 5+ years’ experience with supply chain related services. * Must have proven experience in project management. * Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, organization, human relations, presentation, negotiation, and mediation skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Professional appearance and presentation required.
