HIRING EVENT–Experienced Warehouse Inventory Lead. Wednesday October 7th, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

ID Logistics | Germantown, WI


Pay: $24.50/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM


We are seeking experienced Warehouse Inventory Leads to join our growing warehouse operations team.


Warehouse Inventory Experience is REQUIRED

Candidates must have:



  • Warehouse or distribution center inventory experience

  • Cycle count and inventory reconciliation experience

  • Experience investigating inventory discrepancies

  • WMS experience (SAP, Manhattan, PKMS, Swiss Log preferred)


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy

  • Research and resolve inventory variances

  • Support cycle counts and audits

  • Ensure compliance with inventory and quality processes

  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years' related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
