Work Location: Frackville, PA on-site. Work Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm. This position will require potential work hours before or after normal scheduled hours depending on business needs. This position also requires being on-call for emergencies as this is a 24/7 site operation. Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package of $90,000-$100,000 plus bonus, with full benefits including PTO, sick time, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Travel: Less than 10%. This role may have a small amount of travel requirements to any of our other sites depending on business needs. ID Logistics is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of facility and grounds maintenance at our fast-paced distribution center. From managing material handling equipment (MHE) to ensuring our HVAC, racking, electrical systems, janitorial services, and overall infrastructure run smoothly, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations moving efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities * Manage maintenance of all facility systems including MHE, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, conveyors and line maintenance, racking, and more. * Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, and best practices. * Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. * Perform routine inspections and repairs on building systems and equipment. * Coordinate with vendors for supplies, repairs, and ongoing service contracts. * Monitor and report on maintenance metrics, analyzing trends for continuous improvement, and balancing workload based on priority in maintenance tracking system. * Track inventory, manage spare parts, and complete associated documentation. * Perform light facility maintenance including painting, caulking, and lighting replacements. * Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols. * Support corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); report any non-compliance. * Assist in cross-building equipment moves as needed. * Maintain detailed service records and ensure timely reporting of all issues and repairs. Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, including warehouse equipment and grounds. * 2+ years of experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic machinery. * Experience troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on conveyor systems and sort line equipment. * Experience in a fast-paced, multiphase production or distribution environment. * Ability to safely operate a forklift and ability to work at heights of up to 35ft. * Strong understanding of MHE and electrical repair tools and testing equipment. * Proficient in the safe use of power and hand tools. * Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications * HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications. * Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts. * Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in a warehouse or production environment. * Prior supervisory experience with maintenance or facilities teams. * Experience tracking and analyzing maintenance data or using CMMS systems.
