Position: Maintenance Mechanic (II/III)


Pay: $29.00-$31.00/hr + shift differential  


 


Work Hours: ID Logistics works various shifts, including: 



  • Front Half Days: Sunday – Wednesday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 



  • Front Half Nights: Sunday – Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM 



  • Back Half Days: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 



  • Back Half Nights: Wednesday – Saturday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM

What Success Looks Like 


 


As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting facility upkeep. You'll help ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment. 



Qualifications

What You'll Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Experience using power and hand tools 
  • Knowledge of electrical testing, troubleshooting, and equipment repair 
  • Strong communication and time-management skills 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 
  • Ability to work safely in an active warehouse environment  

 

How You'll Stand Out 

  • Experience maintaining material handling equipment 
  • Forklift operating experience 
  • Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience 
  • Experience in a high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment 
  • Strong attention to safety and continuous improvement
