Overview:
- This position is responsible for new sales for growing year on year revenue and market share
- This position will assist with the strategy, development and management of sales activities
- This position will also actively participate in the research and development of new areas of business, as well as expand business with existing clients

What you'll do:
- 100% of time dedicated to new sales
- 100% utilization of CRM
- Develop and deploy sector specific business plans with focus on top 10 accounts for each
- Generate new leads and manage sales through full sales cycle
- Responsible for maintaining healthy sales pipeline
- Forecast and report on monthly, quarterly and annual revenue against set revenue target
- Deliver effective sales presentations
- Lead and support RFPs and proposals
- Effectively resolve client issues
- Acquire full knowledge of Business Assurance service portfolio
- Get familiar with Intertek ATIC offering
- Support ATIC sales and meetings
- Build positive synergies with other business units, marketing, operations, and other key teams to maximize total return
- Stay abreast of industry risks and trends
- Attend, effectively network and promote Intertek at industry events
- Provide customers with industry subject matter guidance based upon research and expertise
- Communicate customer feedback on new programs and Intertek solutions to management and program development teams for continuous improvement
- Support on-boarding process for program set up
- Establish initial Statement of Work documents (SOW) and other contractual documents

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or directly related field
- 5+ years of successful experience in a professional sales capacity, including a proven track record of new business development, territory and/or individual account growth Industry experience preferred
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to provide executive-level consultation regarding program structures and direct
- Experience working with large, culturally diverse global teams
- Auditing Experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to manage effectively in a face-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills: proven ability to deliver high level presentations to prospects and clients.
- High degree of personal integrity and the ability to collaborate with others in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written formats and ability to listen effectively
- Ability to promote an effective working relationship at all levels and create a positive work environment
- Ability to promote the vision of the sales organization in a clear and concise manner
- Proven experience as a valued contributor to the management team in strategically supporting the business through growth and/or change
- This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
- Ability to conduct business across multiple time zones with at least 50% travel required.
- Possess a valid unrestricted driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle in the performance of the official duties of the position.
