Program Coordinator, Medical Program 

Intertek is searching for a Program Coordinator to join our Business Assurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in business assurance and medical device quality and regulatory affairs.

What are we looking for?

The Program Coordinator is responsible for working with employees and clients to support client needs related to their medical program services and certifications.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as customer service liaison for clients for inquiries related to change management, billing, collecting documents, technical questions, complaints/disputes, account and program changes related to EC certifications, ISO 13485, MDSAP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716.
  • Process changes that would impact medical device certifications (i.e. address, scope, employee count and jurisdiction changes)
  • Work with program management, finance, sales, scheduling, auditors, reviewers and the Notified Body to ensure consistent and compliant medical certifications.
  • Manage an external database to ensure timely reporting to regulatory agencies.
  • Manage a shared email box which includes logging/filing data into proprietary databases and Google Docs

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or High school diploma or GED and 5 years of comparable work experience 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Technologically savvy 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite/Google Docs
