Intertek Caleb Brett provides specialized Cargo inspection and analytical assessment services to the oil and gas, chemical and other commodities markets. What are we looking for?
The Support Analyst is responsible for supporting our operations team in day to day activities and communicating with customers electronically and personally.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 Hr per week, on call as necessary.
Salary & Benefits Information:
The base wage or salary range for this position is $20 - $24.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:
- Assist Operations to maintain the flow of Communication between the responsible parties involved in job assignments; to organize their requested services; to relay available information concerning the hazards and other properties of the product dealt with, and to manage communication among all parties to resolve problems in a responsive manner.
- To collect the information provided by Inspectors, to communicate with the laboratory regarding analysis performed, and to assemble a final report ready for publishing.
- Access customer portals to upload data and reports
- Assist Operations with report updates and confirmations
- Assist Manager in day to day responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A full understanding of the Company Compliance and Zero Tolerance Policies.
- A knowledge of basic contract interpretation.
- A working knowledge of the testing of those commodities that are at the core of the business, and of the significance of quality test data.
- A calm demeanor while under pressure from operational circumstances or demands of the client.
- A positive attitude and an ability for working and communicating with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds and sensitivities.
- The overall ability to analyze relevant information available in any situation involving assigned customer base, and to make accurate decisions.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs, i.e. Excel, word, Outlook.

- Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines

- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in an inspection company or related field.
- A sound knowledge of petroleum and chemical inspection procedures.
- Familiar with customer portals.
