Description


JDA TSG is seeking a forward-thinking Copilot Studio, agentic AI systems, and Microsoft 365 extensibility expert to help customers accelerate their enterprise AI transformation journey. In this senior, customer-facing role, you'll guide organizations in building intelligent, extensible solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft 365 data.

From low-code copilots to autonomous multi-agent systems, you'll help customers design responsible, scalable AI ecosystems that enhance productivity and unlock new business value — all while aligning with Microsoft's evolving Copilot architecture.

Location: Remote, US

Salary Range: $100K – $110K based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers through the design and architecture of Copilot solutions, ranging from task-based copilots to fully autonomous multi-agent systems.
  • Guide the extension and customization of Copilot using plugins, custom connectors, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and design sessions to define Copilot adoption strategies aligned to enterprise goals.
  • Provide best-practice guidance for integrating organizational data and workflows into Copilot-powered apps across Microsoft 365.
  • Advise on governance, security, and AI readiness, ensuring Copilot adoption aligns with Microsoft and customer policies.
  • Support customer change management strategies, helping enterprise stakeholders lead Copilot adoption, training, and solution scaling.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and partners to align architecture, extensibility, and delivery roadmaps.

  • Copilot Architecture: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, AI Builder
  • AI Agent Systems: Orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent design patterns
  • Extensibility Tools: Custom Connectors, Plugins, Power Platform integration, Azure OpenAI
  • M365 Integration: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Graph API
  • Cloud & Data Architecture: Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps
  • Governance & Adoption: Responsible AI, usage controls, change enablement, end-user training frameworks
  • Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 15+ of overall IT experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure cloud development, with recent focus on Copilot or AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven experience with Copilot Studio, plugin design, or integration of organizational data into AI workflows.
  • Understanding of agentic AI patterns and how they translate to business use cases.
  • Ability to advise on low-code and pro-code extensibility across Power Platform and Azure.
  • Strong customer engagement skills with a passion for helping enterprises adopt, govern, and scale responsible AI
