The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our team in providing exceptional supervision services to speech language pathology assistants in schools.
Part-time, school-based in Bastrop Independent School District!
Supervision Requirements: 8 hours per month of supervision and support. 4 hours would need to be direct, in-person supervision and 4 hours would need to be indirect support (i.e., documentation review, meetings, resource sharing) Compensation: Our SLPs are paid a monthly stipend for supervision
Requirements:
- Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
