C.B.E.S.T is a leader in school-based behavioral health services and is currently seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for kiddos with behavioral and other special needs in a school setting in the San Fernando Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with students exhibiting moderate to severe behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Case Supervisors
- Support students in developing functional communication, social skills, academic success, and daily living abilities
- Collect, summarize, and organize behavioral data
- Commit to consistent attendance and professional communication
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other special needs required
- ABA experience and knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safety Care (QBS) strongly preferred
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 3:30pm
- Must pass criminal background check and TB clearance
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable with physical activity: running short distances, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs
