The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician for a school-based position in Navarre, FL! The Behavior Technician will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
What You'll Do
- Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
- Support classroom and individual student needs
- Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
- Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
- Communicate with school and district staff

What We're Looking For
- Safety Care Certification – SSG will provide training, please prepare candidates
- 1+ year of experience as a BT supporting the pediatric population
- Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required
