Description

The Stepping Stones Group (SSG) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager for a travel assignment in Tucson, Arizona. This flexible hybrid role combines direct service delivery at school sites and remote indirect services. 
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Arizona State Licensure in good standing from the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
• 1+ year experience working within school districts 
• Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholder
• Preferred: prior training and experience in organizational behavior management, including management or leadership experience of school-based behavioral support programs 
  
  

What You'll Do

• Triage behavioral referrals and provide direct support, especially on Tier 3 students
• Observe classrooms and develop behavioral plans, evaluating and modifying behavior plans and IEP goals
• Provide on-going training and development of the Behavior Team, which meets weekly, providing expertise and guidance on how to best support students
• District has twice monthly IA training, so monitor IA progress and professional development, providing coaching as needed 
• Assist with professional development initiatives and PD days
  
• Travel between school sites as needed
• Communicate with parents and teachers regarding student progress
• Communicate with school and district staff, attending monthly leadership meetings
• Attend IEP meetings and writes annual and/or quarterly progress reports
  
  

• Gross weekly pay: $2051 gross weekly pay ($18 hourly taxable pay + $1421 weekly stipend)
