What We're Looking For:
- Masters degree with coursework and experience that meets eligibility requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current and active BCaBA, or is actively working to obtain a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- 2+ years' experience working within school districts while delivering a variety of direct behavioral support services as well as program or professional development services
- Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholders (e.g., team meetings and consultation with BCBAs, special education directors, program specialists, teachers, case managers, agencies, and families)
- Preferred: prior training and experience in organizational behavior management, including management or leadership experience of school-based behavioral support programs
- Effectively partner with school district leadership, classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Behavior Technicians to launch, implement, and assure quality within assigned district
