The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based position in De Soto, KS! The Registered Behavior Technician will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
What You'll Do
- Implement behavior intervention plans and IEPs
- Support classroom and individual student needs
- Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
- Respond to crisis intervention
- Communicate with school and district staff

What We're Looking For
- RBT certificate required
- 2+ years' experience as a RBT / BT handling school-age children
- Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required
