  The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a full-time school-based RBT position in Milton, FL! The RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
  What We're Looking For   

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification 
• Safety Care Certification – SSG will provide training
• 1+ year of experience as an RBT supporting the pediatric population (high school demographic)  
• Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required

What You'll Do

• Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
• Support classroom and individual student needs 
• Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
• Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
• Communicate with school and district staff
