The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in Roselle, NJ. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR/First Aid certified
- School based experience, Diabetic monitoring, Asthmatic, Diabetics, Seizure monitoring, Medication administration, Pediatrics (preferred but not required)
