Description

Responsible for case coordination for the cardiac structural heart procedure patients (TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip). Coordinates the delivery of patient care from pre-admission to post-discharge. Collaborates with the physicians and entire patient care team in moving the patient efficiently through the continuum of care. Complies with the California Nurse Practice Act, Article 2, Section 2725 of the Business and Professions Code. Assist with coordination of IR related procedures as time permits.

Job requirements Minimum Education: Associate's Degree Nursing Minimum Skills: Possess basic computer skills. Required Certifications: Registered Nurse - RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred Experience: 1 year acute care experience. Current RN experience in assigned area of Nursing. A registered nurse with current RN experience in Cath lab or Interventional Radiology. Pay Transparency The hourly rate range for this position is $21.00- $25.95.
