Our Sr. Services Procurement Professional will be accountable for:
- Advising on new implementations, expanding services procurement programs and supporting new technologies and product features.
- Leading client consulting engagements, including spend and supplier analysis and process design and mapping.
- Representing the services procurement product team in technology projects.
- Overseeing product standards and maintaining procurement product content libraries.
- Developing and managing program metrics and insights.
- Supporting procurement service delivery, including data analysis, supplier management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Developing new dashboards and data visualizations.
- Conducting program audits and data validation.
- Interpreting and presenting program trends and results.
- Producing and interpreting reports from technology platforms.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 8+ years in Procurement Consulting or Operations; experience with indirect services categories and managing independent contractors preferred.
- BA/BS in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field preferred.
- Expertise in consulting, procurement technology and process excellence.
- Proven client and supplier relationship development.
- Strong background in reporting, analytics, and project management.
- Proficiency with VMS and procurement tools (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, Oracle).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, contribute to a team, and work in a flexible, changing environment.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
- Flexibility for global meetings across different time zones.
