Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Product Manager with specialized knowledge in the staffing industry who focuses on front-office functions and applicant tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute product strategies for the Front Office, focusing on applicant tracking and candidate management.
- Market Research & User Experience: Conduct market analysis to gather insights from clients, recruiters, and industry trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, recruiting, marketing, and support teams to drive cohesive strategies.
- Data Analytics & Innovation: Utilize data to monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Leadership: Lead planning of product releases, set delivery expectations, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management within the staffing industry, focusing on Front Office areas.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.
- Bullhorn Expertise & Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms.
- Analytical Skills & Communication: Strong analytical data interpretation and strategy application skills.
- Customer-Oriented & Innovative Mindset: Deep understanding of recruiter and candidate needs with a commitment to exceptional user experiences.
This virtual role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs and be able to travel up to 10%.
