The Engineering Solutions Account Executive is accountable for:

• This role would focus within the Medical Device engineering vertical. Your primary objective would be to sell our Project, Program and SOW solutions to perspective clients (including our traditional contract, temp to hire and direct hire service lines).
• After the account has been sold, the Business Development Representative is responsible for partnering with the branch staff to ensure effective service delivery. 
• Successful business development will result in cost-effective, quality solutions for our customers, a positive work environment and fair pay for our temporary employees, and, most importantly, increased market share and profitability for Kelly. 

Essential Skills:

• Seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience, BA or BS preferred, and Engineering staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
