Our Sr. Implementation Consultant RPO is accountable for:
- Managing the overall implementation & governance process for RPO implementations or consulting engagements, which includes development of detailed project plans, milestones and timelines, preparing weekly dashboards, conducting implementation tollgates, risk management, leading project meetings, and overall project oversight.
- Building relationships with client and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process and stabilization period.
- Bringing Subject Matter expertise and a consultative approach to the following workstreams areas:
- Technology: provide expertise on recruitment technologies such as ATS (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Oracle (ORC), SuccessFactors, iCims, etc.), CRMs, scheduling software, etc. to assess current capabilities and identify opportunities for enhancement or improvement.
- Process Development & Documentation: lead process planning sessions with client stakeholders and internal groups to develop future state processes and required operational documentation. This includes current and future state process flows, work instructions, job aids and recruitment templates.
- Change Management: work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan that ensures adoption across key stakeholder groups.
- Training: develop comprehensive training plans for client programs and assist with execution to ensure operational team understanding of client & internal processes, recruitment technology, and sourcing strategy.
- Data Analysis: review and analyze datasets to consult and make informed decisions at various stages of the process.
- Stabilization & Post Launch Support: develop a plan to provide operational support post go live, as needed based on implementation complexity and operational need.
- Consulting, collaborating & leveraging partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is engaged during the implementation and as needed for analysis, decision making and execution.
- Identifying improvement and innovation opportunities and collaborate with client, operational leadership and account teams to implement.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Expierence:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree equivalent work experience in recruitment, operations, or consulting.
- 5+ years implementation experience in RPO environment OR RPO operational experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally for implementation related activities or other work-related purposes.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule to meet project demands of working in a global environment
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Technical aptitude to support learnings of new technologies and systems
- Ability to be agile, innovative, strategic and results oriented
- Effective time management and organizational skills to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Critical thinking and effective listening applications to evaluate a situation and develop a sound solution which meets the objectives of internal and external clients
