The Data Analyst is accountable for:
- Creating and developing reports, data models, analysis, and statistical calculations as needed.
- Supporting client and internal reporting needs, such as running monthly/quarterly reports as well as ad hoc reports.
- Analyzing past and present operations trends, identify root causes, and create predictive analysis that drives process improvement
- Interpreting data and communicate findings with executive stakeholders, management, business partners as well as other employees up to and including those in leadership positions.
- Ongoing Innovation and Improvement - maintain current knowledge of business intelligence trends and recommend improvements to processes for measurement, control and analysis.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Expierence:
- Analysis – Experience or training in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or reporting & analysis.
- Experience with Excel.
- Problem Solving – Demonstrate excellence at troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Communication – Present information confidently and effectively in person, over the phone, and through writing.
- Accuracy – Possess a high attention to detail.
- Independence – Ability to self-govern and project manage without constant oversight.
- Teamwork – Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
Seeking at least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
The position is a remote role, but the candidate will be required to work from the office in Newton Abbot (Devon) once a month.
