As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping hiring strategies, partnering closely with business leaders, and delivering top talent to help our clients achieve their goals. We are currently hiring a Senior Recruiter to support one of our global clients. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a hybrid schedule that includes onsite work. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles across multiple functions, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, HR, H&S, Sales, IT, Logistics, and General Management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to design and execute recruiting strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing platforms, networking, and market research.
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering roles such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, HR, H&S, Sales, IT, Logistics, and General Management.
  • Proven experience supporting hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-volume, or project-based environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools, with the ability to map and engage passive talent.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable with recruiting technologies (ATS and CRM systems) and proficient in Excel for reporting.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite as part of a hybrid schedule.
