Our Director of Behavioral Health is accountable for:

  • Designing and implementing behavioral health programs in collaboration with school districts, outpatient centers, ensuring alignment with regulations and student needs.
  • Supporting and guiding Clinical Directors in managing behavioral health providers within assigned districts.
  • Monitoring compliance with governing and regulatory standards while integrating PTS services with district cultures.
  • Establishing and reviewing behavioral program goals with district administrators and preparing operational reports on program effectiveness.
  • Building strong community relationships, providing training for districts and clinicians, and identifying opportunities for new programs and contracts.
  • Overseeing RBTs, BTs, and supervision requirements to maintain high standards of care.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • Licensed Behavioral Health professional (BCBA, Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, LBC) required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership/people management role, with accountability for multiple teams and organizational performance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to propose and implement action-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing programs, managing compliance, and aligning resources with organizational objectives.

 

To be considered for this opportunity candidates are required to reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone in the USA. Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 20-25% as needed.
