We believe that building powerful teams starts with recruiters who understand both the pace and depth of technical hiring. We're partnering with a fast-moving, product-led client and are looking for an experienced, strategic Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for Frontend and Mobile roles. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the U.S. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, set search strategies, and align on process.
  • Source and engage top Infrastructure talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry-specific communities.
  • Lead the candidate experience from first contact to offer close with transparency and speed.
  • Ensure clean, organized pipelines and data hygiene across ATS and sourcing tools.

What We're Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Frontend and Mobile engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps, SRE, cloud architecture, CI/CD, security, and platform engineering profiles.
  • Proven ability to source and close top infrastructure talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, process ownership, and comfort working across multiple time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to the evolving needs of tech teams.
