Our Kelly Education Clinical Director is accountable for:
- Providing leadership to therapeutic providers
- Quality of team service delivery
- Execution of team talent processes
- Client and consumer relationship management
- Operational management and efficiency
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives
- Managing and maintaining a patient care caseload and director responsibilities
Essential Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting schedules, deadlines, targets, and goals
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Hard-working, results-oriented, positive attitude, and customer focused
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; highly ethical
- High level problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office products
- Required license and certification of specific discipline
Seeking minimum of 3-5 years of pediatric therapy experience with prior leadership and supervisory experience highly preferred.
Base pay range for this position is $73,875 – $98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
