Our Talent Care Manager is accountable for:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Talent Advisors to drive performance, engagement, and retention
  • Serving as the Level 2 escalation point for operational, employee relations, and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Overseeing compliance with contractual SLAs, customer policies, payroll processes, timekeeping, and workforce programs
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Recruiting, Fulfillment, Client Services, HR, and Shared Services to deliver seamless service
  • Analyzing workforce trends (incidents, unemployment, workers' compensation, engagement) to drive process and safety improvements
  • Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies that reduce administrative tasks and increase value-added team activities
     

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, workforce management, customer service, or HR-related environments
  • Proven leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, performance management, and employee development
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and workforce compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills in fast-paced or complex environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce systems (e.g., timekeeping, reporting tools such as Frontline or PowerBI)

Base pay range for this position is $73,000 – $98,500 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
