The Lead Project Manager drives enterprise project management maturity, oversees strategic initiative portfolios, and supports major transformation programs.
This virtual role reports to Kelly's Enterprise Management Office, which is responsible for orchestrating enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that position Kelly as a unified, technology-enabled workforce solutions provider capable of delivering integrated services at scale. Through disciplined governance and execution of transformation programs, the office drives operational excellence, enhanced client experiences, and sustainable growth across Kelly's evolving portfolio of talent and workforce solutions.
The position partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and project managers across the organization to deliver consistent, aligned, enterprise-wide execution‑wide execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Standards
- Develop and refine enterprise project management (PM) standards and frameworks across key enterprise initiatives
- Assess PM maturity, identify gaps, and establish governance and best practice frameworks‑practice frameworks
- Deliver consistent, structured project management guidance, proactive risk mitigation, and adherence to enterprise standards
Chief Growth Office (CGO) Portfolio Oversight
- Manage portfolio level oversight across critical CGO initiatives and areas of focus‑level oversight across
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, interdependencies, and resource alignment
- Deliver executive portfolio reporting and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
Delivery Enablement
- Train, coach, and support enterprise PMs, initiative owners, and workstream leads across planning and execution
- Ensure delivery alignment and risk mitigation through structured governance and on-time execution oversight
- Champion the use of Claude Projects as a core productivity tool, driving adoption across the team and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows through AI-assisted collaboration
- Develop and maintain PM tools, templates, Smartsheet assets, and training resources to elevate enterprise capability
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and manage enterprise level risks across initiatives‑level risks across initiatives
- Implement rigorous discipline to track deliverables against timelines, including regular initiative reviews and issue resolution
- Create risk frameworks and early warning systems to prevent initiative failures‑warning systems to prevent initiative failures

Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:
- 7+ years of progressive PM experience with 3 years in PMO or supporting leadership portfolios
- Experience establishing, maturing, and driving measurable PM standards, governance, and improvements
- Proven ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives, successfully managing competing priorities and timelines
- Strong expertise in PM methodologies, portfolio management, and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and execution balancing abilities‑solving, and execution‑balancing abilities
- Result-oriented, with high adaptability and learning agility with new tools
- Demonstrated success supporting C-suite and SLT stakeholders, with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate clearly and concisely
- Experience with project managing global initiatives such as labor arbitrage via outsourcing and offshoring preferred
- Experience managing global workforce strategies including offshore partnerships, captive centers, and outsourcing vendors to build scalable, future-ready talent capabilities
- Knowledge, experience and / or expertise with technology such as Claude PM is preferred
- PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent PM certifications also preferred
- Portfolio or Change Management certifications is a plus
Role is virtual, with domestic or international travel <10% or as needed
Base pay range for this position is $92,400 – $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
