Join our international MSP Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Egypt or in Israel!

 

As a Talent Supply Chain Consultant, you will manage end-to-end MSP processes, including manager interactions, CV screening, and supplier engagement to ensure candidates meet our clients' needs. You'll work according to client global standards, attracting and retaining top talent to deliver a seamless, professional experience for both hiring managers and suppliers.

 

As a Talent Supply Chain Consultant for our client, you will be accountable for:

  •  Sourcing & Attraction:
    • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions per client process.
    • Use diverse sourcing methods (e.g., spotlight calls, supplier updates).
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Selection:
    • Screen resumes/applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Shortlist candidates in line with standard process.
    • Organize interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Advise managers on recruitment best practices.
    • Participate in internal, client, and supplier meetings to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Offer Management:
    • Prepare and extend job offers.
    • Negotiate offer terms per client requirements.
    • Coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding.

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Recruitment background or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in staffing and recruiting, temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment is best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Industry-specific recruitment experience.
  • Technical proficiency (MS Office, VMS tools).
  • Professional-level proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
