Direct Hire Industrial Electrician – 2nd Shift
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: 2nd shift 4pm - 2:30am Monday - Friday
Pay: $32+ per hour based on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Kelly is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is critical to maintaining and improving the electrical systems that power our production, quality, and inspection equipment. If you're experienced with CNC controls, PLCs, and electrical troubleshooting—this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on production and inspection equipment
- Move and position equipment to ensure proper operation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement machine/program modifications
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC, PC, NC, and CNC controls
- Perform electrical work and basic mechanical installations and repairs throughout the facility
- CNC machine controls (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc)
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- HMI programming and troubleshooting
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) troubleshooting
- Vision system troubleshooting
