Our client is a personal care contract manufacturing company with extensive experience in custom formulation and manufacturing a wide range of personal care products for the past 25 years.
They are seeking a dedicated Equipment and Maintenance Technician to join their team! In this role, you'll support the installation, repair, and monitoring of industrial processing and production machinery, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality operations in our liquid-mixing, filling, and packaging lines.

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $30-32/hr based on experience
Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
Training hybrid (12pm-10:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform line change-over, packaging equipment set-up, start-up, and troubleshooting to meet production goals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, including problem identification, material assessment, requisition placement, and repair.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions and perform required repairs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to carry out maintenance and service tasks.
- Review and follow safety procedures for all equipment.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment in daily operations.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and organized workspaces.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Trade school certification or relevant work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility in collaborating with various departments and adapting to changing work assignments.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical processes.
- Strong team player who works well with others.
- Self-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Reliable attendance is essential; no unexcused absences permitted.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift at least 65 lbs. and push/pull up to 400 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Capable of working in an industrial environment.
