We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician Level II role based in Indianapolis, IN (46268). This position offers a competitive pay rate ($33.42/hr) and the chance to join a high-performing team ensuring reliable plant operations.

If you have experience with machine troubleshooting, Allen Bradley PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems—this could be the perfect fit. Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Maintenance Technician Level II

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268
Schedule: 2nd Shift (9 PM – 6 AM) — Training on 1st Shift (6 AM – 6 PM)
Pay Rate: $33.42/hr (2nd Shift) | $32.92/hr (Training Period)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant production systems.

  • Diagnose and repair issues with Allen Bradley PLCs, frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration systems (NH3), boiler, and HVAC systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and manuals to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area while following plant and safety regulations.

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of maintenance or technical experience in a manufacturing environment or a technical degree.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and use of electrical/mechanical tools.

  • Ability to work alternative schedules and shifts.

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and documentation procedures.
