Job Title: Production Associate (3rd Shift – Temp to Perm)
Location: Syracuse, NY

Schedule: 3rd Shift (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | $17.75/hr. plus 15% Shift Differential About the Role:
Kelly Services is hiring Production Associates to join a leading manufacturer of non-sterile penicillin products for veterinary use. In this role, you'll work with high-speed equipment in a clean room or controlled environment, ensuring all products are packaged and labeled with precision and care.
We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals with great attention to detail who are eager to learn and grow in a pharmaceutical production environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate filling, packaging, and labeling machines in a fast-paced production setting
  • Perform operations according to SOPs and GMP standards
  • Clean equipment and production areas following strict guidelines
  • Complete inspection, calculations, and documentation accurately
  • Handle materials and follow check-in procedures
  • Wear appropriate PPE as required for clean room or classified environments
  • Support basic preventative maintenance as directed
Schedule & Pay:
  • 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Schedule may be: Sunday–Wednesday, Monday–Thursday, or Monday–Friday (if mandatory OT)
  • $17.75/Hr plus 15% shift differential for 3rd shift
  • Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday) Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
    • Must be able to work in cleanroom environments with varying PPE requirements
    • All training provided on-site
