School Secretary, Abington Heights School District
This is a long term, indefinite assignment through Kelly Services. You will be eligible for sick days, paid time off, and group health insurance options. If you are seeking
- Position: Secretary
- Pay: $16.00/hr
- Location: Abington Heights School District
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch) = 37.5 hours per week
*During Summer they generally close the district on Friday so summer months are a total of 30 hours
Qualifications:
- 2+ years previous experience in secretarial/clerical work
- General computer skills
- Professional/friendly demeanor
- Must be able to work independently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Description:
- Report directly to the Director of Special Education
- Answer phones, take messages, assist with questions throughout the day
- Greet people that enter the office
- Make appointments, schedule meetings
- General clerical duties such as copying, filing, etc
