Are you ready to be an integral part of the team and earn extra money? Our client has a need for a part time evening Academic Testing Center Assistant in Auburn Hills, MI
Location: Auburn Hills
Type: Part-Time Monday-Thursday 3pm-9pm for 3 + months
Payrate: $20.51

Testing Center Responsibilities:

• Critical Testing Duties: Schedule, administer, proctor, score, and record placement tests, professional certifications, and make-up exams.
• Data Management: Use college software for score input and manage testing schedules and data.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work with college staff and external partners to coordinate schedules and communicate activities.

Additional duties as needed:

• Hands-On Work: Set-up, clean, and demonstrate the use of equipment and instruments; perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Resource Management: Maintain inventories, order supplies, and prepare maintenance work orders.
• Safety First: Ensure the security and cleanliness of the work area, complying with MIOSHA directives.
• Support System: Assist faculty and students with equipment, procedures, and subject matter in the lab.
• Administrative Duties: Issue and check-in instruments, manage files, and perform clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher in Liberal Arts, Science or General Studies (The General Studies Associates Degree must include ENG 1510, 1520, or equivalents, and either eight (8) credit hours of Science (BIO, CHE, PHY or GSC) or four (4) credits in Science (BIO, CHE, PHY or GSC) and four (4) credits in Math
