About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a background in electronics to manage and develop strategic relationships with our key customers globally. This role involves all aspects of commercial account management, from initial RFQ through to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the product development lifecycle and driving business growth with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for key customers worldwide; represent our company in all client interactions
  • Conduct regular international customer visits and presentations, including managing kick-off meetings, audits, and customer events
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements such as model planning, volume forecasts, and strategic directions
  • Manage commercial aspects of daily business, including logistic demands and sample coordination
  • Negotiate pricing, development costs, tooling, and sample costs within approved guidelines
  • Manage the RFQ process: collect input, prepare RFQ packages, and upload commercial data into relevant systems
  • Drive business development initiatives with assigned customers
  • Maintain up-to-date price lists and program timelines (EOP/SOP)
  • Prepare sales budgets and mid-term forecast plans as required
  • Analyze portfolio data and market trends, supporting product marketing with industry and competitor information
  • Coordinate contract distribution, review, and approvals internally—ensuring all pricing is confirmed with the BD Manager, Project Management, and CEO
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or related commercial role within the electronics sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable managing high-level customer relationships
  • Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and events
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with forecasting and budgeting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise software systems (experience with Quarta is an asset)
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
