Accounting Analyst
Location: Calgary
Type: Temporary, Full-Time (Sept 7, 2025 – Jan 31, 2026)
Working Arrangement: Remote

What You'll Do
- Perform routine accounting tasks, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Provide data and support to Tax, FP&A, and Finance for reporting and analysis
- Work with project teams on cash projects and cash accounting
- Research emerging accounting issues in partnership with Technical Accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
- Review and approve journal entries for cash and intercompany processes
- Act as a backup for intercompany processes and Offshore Managed Service Team
- Support financial/business analysis for key strategies and implementation of reporting tools
- Handle other duties and projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting (recognized institution)
- CPA or CMA preferred
- 3–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting/audit experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; experience with complex consolidations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High integrity, strong business ethics, and detail orientation
- Ability to collaborate and set a positive example
