Entry-Level Accounting Assistant
Location: Cedar Hill, TX
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
We're seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable and receivable functions with a well-established company in Cedar Hill. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with QuickBooks and ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced office setting.
What You'll Be Doing:

Entering financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks

Managing accounts payable: entering and reconciling invoices

Matching and verifying accounts receivable records

Following up on receipt of payments from clients

Completing multi-step tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy

Supporting the accounting team with general data entry and admin tasks
