Enter statistical, financial, and numerical data into accounting systems

Match invoices to purchase orders and vouchers

Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, mailing, and document matching

Operate a 10-key calculator and standard office equipment

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Support the accounting team with day-to-day administrative functions

High School Diploma or GED required

Entry-level experience in accounting or clerical support preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Ability to use 10-key data entry efficiently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to follow directions and work both independently and with a team
