What You'll Do:
• Coordinate various accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless processes.
• Resolve issues for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting cycles, supporting customers and business partners.
• Develop and analyze financial data for management reports, forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, and perform account reconciliations as part of the closing process.
• Support daily financial procedures including purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliations, supplier payments, and budget inquiries.
Who We're Looking For:
• Education & Experience: High school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 1 year, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel skills and comfortable analyzing/managing data.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for accuracy.
