Our clients thriving oral surgery practice is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join the dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Verify, post vendor invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Correspond with vendors, respond to inquiries, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare weekly checks and credit card payments.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile corporate credit card statements.
  • Inquiry Handling: Manage routine email, voicemail, and other inquiries related to accounts payable.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing paid invoices, and organizing files.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • 1-2 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
