Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Taylor, MI (On-site)
Salary: $50,000/year
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Job Summary:
Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP processes, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and month-end close activities. Work onsite with a collaborative accounting team and receive training from an experienced team member.
Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: invoice receipt, verification, coding, and payment processing

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain vendor records, including 1099 and W-9 tracking

Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliation

Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP and Excel for data management and reporting

Support accounting team with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
-
2+ years full-cycle AP experience
-
Great Plains experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits)

Self-starter with effective communication skills
