Position: Accounts Receivable Coordinator 
Position Type: Temporary Full-Time
Location: Houston, TX (Greenpoint area) Reason for Hire:

Temporary support needed due to a leave of absence. This position will help cover the coordinator team's workload.
Duration: Mid-November 2025 to mid-April 2026 (approx. 5 months)

Work Schedule:
  • Days: Monday – Thursday

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Information:
  • Range: $21 

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team temporarily in the Business Services industry. You'll be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role requires a proactive individual who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all incoming payments with accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain and reconcile customer accounts

  • Resolve billing or payment discrepancies

  • Provide excellent customer service in client communications

  • Collaborate with internal departments on financial reporting needs

  • Support general accounting tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Business Services industry

  • Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
