Are you detail-oriented, passionate about numbers, and looking for a meaningful opportunity? Kelly Services is seeking Accounts Receivable Specialists for an assignment with a global leader in the power solutions and manufacturing industry.
Position Details:

• Location: Hybrid (Training onsite in Surrey office)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Contract Length: 8 months (Assignment through Kelly Services)
• Remote/Onsite: Training onsite; regular duties performed remotely

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments
• Prepare customer account statements
• Answer basic customer inquiries
• Analyze customer accounts
• Conduct root cause analysis on late payments and recommend process improvements
• Assist with month-end reporting
• Participate in accounts receivable improvement projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

1. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes (payment posting, collections, reconciliations)
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interaction
4. Effective time management; able to prioritize and meet deadlines independently in a remote environment
5. Proficiency in Excel
6. 2–4 years in accounts receivable or general accounting
7. High school diploma, college, or equivalent work-related experience
